The residence

A top-floor penthouse facing the Eiffel Tower.

On the seventh and final floor of a quiet Auteuil building, the Eiffel View Penthouse opens on three sides to the sky over western Paris. Light moves through the apartment all day, from the morning on the terrace to the moment the Eiffel Tower begins to sparkle after dark.

The 90 m² interior has been designed as a single, flowing volume: a double reception with a designer gas fireplace, an open dining area beneath sculptural lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen finished in lacquer and stone. A home cinema with projector folds away when not in use, and a wine cellar keeps a small collection at temperature.

Two bedrooms sit away from the reception, each with its own bathroom — one with a walk-in shower, the other with a full bath — dressed in soft neutrals, blackout curtains and hotel linen. Sleeps four in complete comfort, with a lift, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The neighbourhood

Auteuil, Paris 16

Auteuil is the village side of the 16th: leafy avenues, private hôtels particuliers, a market street with its own rhythm and almost no crowds. It is where Parisians live rather than where they visit.

The Bois de Boulogne begins a few minutes away, with Roland-Garros, the Fondation Louis Vuitton and the Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil at its edge. Trocadéro, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées are a short taxi ride, and the métro reaches Saint-Germain in twenty minutes.

  • Bois de Boulogne — 6 min walk
  • Roland-Garros — 10 min walk
  • Fondation Louis Vuitton — 12 min
  • Trocadéro & Eiffel Tower — 10 min by car
  • Rue d'Auteuil market street — 4 min walk
